Social media and Administrative Coordinator – Canada Summer Jobs

We are looking for a social media and Administrative Coordinator for a period of 8 to 10 weeks during the summer. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing/Communications Manager, the Boutique Manager and the Operations and Program Manager. They will provide on-site support with social media and administrative tasks including but not limited to appointment scheduling and daily data entry. The ideal candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

– Assist the Managers in their respective areas including Marketing/Comms and administration

– Appointments and client communications

– Assist the Operations and Program Manager and produce various reports

– Informing clients about our programs and events (conferences, sales, drop offs)

– Support with social media campaign initiatives and anything related to collateral materials

– Data entry

Requirements and skills:

-Canadian Citizen or permanent resident status

-Good computer skills

-CEGEP/College diploma

-Interest in communications and supporting women’s causes

-Interest in fashion an asset
