Nicole Antoine
Nicole Antoine is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and founder of N/A & Co Inc. and Four Brown Girls, the organization behind BLAXPO, a Canadian platform dedicated to advancing the economic mobility of Black professionals and entrepreneurs. Based in Montreal, she is recognized for her ability to create experiences, brands, and ecosystems that bring together storytelling, innovation, and social impact.
A graduate of the McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA program, Nicole works at the intersection of business, culture, and leadership. Her work has been featured by Forbes, and she collaborates with organizations, institutions, and brands seeking to build initiatives that are more inclusive, strategic, and culturally relevant.
At the core of her work is a clear purpose: creating spaces where historically underrepresented communities can access the opportunities, capital, and networks needed to build lasting economic mobility.

Alexandra Labarre
The Future of Work: Finding Your Place in the Age of AI
Alexandra Labarre, 34, mother of an 11-month-old boy, and currently Senior National Account Manager at Indeed. After more than 7 years with the company, I’ve been fortunate to climb the ranks one by one, eventually reaching the highest level of the sales track at Indeed. I’m living proof that it’s possible to carve out a place for yourself, grow, and reach great positions without having a perfectly linear career path from the start.
