THE WAY LEADERSHIP IS EVOLVING
Leadership today is evolving, and so are the expectations placed on women in the workplace.
Beyond performance and results, there is a growing recognition of the importance of presence, clarity, self-awareness, and authenticity in how we lead.
As these expectations continue to shift, women are navigating what it means to lead in ways that are both effective and deeply aligned.
This conversation reflects that evolution, grounded in the lived experience of women navigating leadership in real time.

LAURA CASELLA
Anchor/Host/Producer, Global News Morning
Host, “Weekends with Laura Casella,” The Beat 92.5
Laura Casella is the anchor and host of Global News Morning in Montreal, a role she has held for over a decade, leading a daily live broadcast that thousands rely on to start their day. She also hosts Weekends with Laura Casella on The Beat 92.5. Born and raised in Montreal’s Saint-Léonard borough, Laura is a graduate of Concordia University and has spent nearly 20 years building her career across the city’s top newsrooms, including CJAD, CTV Montreal, and Breakfast Television Montreal. Long before becoming a familiar face on morning television, she worked behind the scenes and in the field—reporting, producing, and navigating the fast-paced, high-stakes world of live broadcast.
In an industry where visibility is fleeting and trust is everything, Laura has built her presence the long way—earning credibility newsroom by newsroom, year after year. Today, her role demands more than delivery; it requires composure under pressure, sharp editorial judgment in real time, and the ability to lead with clarity in a constantly moving environment.
A devoted mother of two, Laura embodies a form of modern leadership defined not by a single moment but by consistency, resilience, and the courage to grow in public—day after day—in an industry that never pauses.

LOUISE LABRECQUE
Known across Quebec for her powerful yet practical approach, Louise teaches that style is not about trends or perfection, but about alignment, self-respect, and confidence. Through her work, she has guided thousands of men and women of all ages, body types, and professions to reconnect with their identity and express it with clarity and presence.
Louise began her career as a fashion stylist for leading magazines after studying at Collège LaSalle, later expanding into costume design for film and advertising, including the acclaimed Cruising Bar, nominated at the Genie Awards. She went on to become a trusted media voice, writing for La Presse and publishing her bestselling book Avec Style, now used as a reference in fashion schools across Quebec.
A dynamic communicator, Louise has hosted television programs and founded the Académie Avec Style, where she trains stylists and shares her signature philosophy: that confidence is built from the inside out—and expressed through how we present ourselves every day.
Today, through her speaking engagements, workshops, and studio-boutique co-founded with her daughter Gabrielle, Louise inspires audiences to step into their full potential with authenticity, confidence, and impact.

CHRISSY PAPAGEORGOPOULOS
Chrissy Papageorgopoulos is the founder of ENVITA, a wellness and performance consultancy redefining how leadership, success, and well-being intersect in modern professional life.
With nearly a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Chrissy is known for positioning well-being not as a perk, but as a strategic driver of resilience, clarity, and sustainable high performance. Her work draws from an earlier career in project management, events, and business development, where she witnessed firsthand the hidden cost of achieving results at the expense of health, alignment, and long-term capacity. That experience became the foundation of her approach. Today, through ENVITA, she partners with individuals and organizations to challenge outdated models of success—replacing burnout-driven performance with a more integrated, sustainable standard of leadership. Chrissy’s perspective is grounded in a simple but often overlooked truth: that power, health, and integrity are not trade-offs, but essential conditions for lasting success. Her work invites leaders, both men and women to redefine excellence on their own terms, and to lead in a way that is both high-performing and fully aligned.
