Now an ICF-certified ACC coach, she is dedicated to transforming the lives of those who desire change. At Lise Watier Foundation, she helps women define their career goals through a coaching approach, both individually and in groups, where they can make enlightening, empowering choices that reveal their full potential.

Audrey Dayan - Pfizer

HR leader with over 25 years of experience in multinational companies based in Montreal. She is currently part of the Global Talent Acquisition team at Pfizer and has worked previously at Bombardier Aerospace and CAE. With a proven track record of managing successful Talent Acquisition and HR teams, Audrey has spearheaded transformational projects that have impacted positively both employees and candidates. As a working mother of 3, she intimately understands the challenges women face in balancing work and life.  Having navigated her own career transition from law to HR, Audrey empathizes with the struggles of applying for jobs with limited experience.
