With a Master’s degree in Communication, Adeline has navigated through multiple careers and environment changes, from being an employee to a freelancer, including creating a café dedicated to women on maternity leave. Now an ICF-certified ACC coach, she is dedicated to transforming the lives of those who desire change. At Lise Watier Foundation, she helps women define their career goals through a coaching approach, both individually and in groups, where they can make enlightening, empowering choices that reveal their full potential.

Audrey Dayan - Pfizer
HR leader with over 25 years of experience in multinational companies based in Montreal. She is currently part of the Global Talent Acquisition team at Pfizer and has worked previously at Bombardier Aerospace and CAE. With a proven track record of managing successful Talent Acquisition and HR teams, Audrey has spearheaded transformational projects that have impacted positively both employees and candidates. As a working mother of 3, she intimately understands the challenges women face in balancing work and life. Having navigated her own career transition from law to HR, Audrey empathizes with the struggles of applying for jobs with limited experience.

Laura Giove - Pfizer
Human resources professional with over 15 years’ experience in human resources management, working in large and small organizations. Laura holds a university degree in Psychology and is currently responsible for recruitment at Pfizer Canada. Laura’s strengths lie in her interpersonal skills and her passion for helping others develop! Born and raised in Montreal, Laura is the mother of 2 energetic boys and, in her spare time, enjoys getting involved in youth sports.

After graduating from Lasalle College in fashion merchandising, Marie-Claude Robert moved to Vancouver to specialize in women and men’s wardrobe consulting. In 2006 she founded Style Impeccable whose mission is to enhance its client’s image and silhouette.

Rosalia Felice is dynamic and relationship-centered university course lecturer and seasoned workshop facilitator with a focus on leadership, career management and communications. Rosalia is most passionate about working with vulnerable populations including refugees and new immigrants as well as unemployed and under-employed professionals.
Rosalia’s authentic and inclusive approach fosters supportive and creative environments wherein professionals at all stages of their careers challenge and empower themselves to find and use their voice to achieve their potential and thrive. Rosalia has more than 25 years of communications coupled with ten years of career services and corporate education experience at McGill University. Rosalia is a lifelong learner who holds a BA in Communications and Certificate in Community and Public Affairs from Concordia University and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from McGill University.
