Once you begin your job search or enter the workplace, our programs help you continue building momentum.
Through our signature Working Women Group (WWG) cohort, workshops, mentorship, and peer support, women gain the skills to navigate the workplace. A dynamic program, it is targeted to persons over the age of 18, who identify as female and are searching for employment or are recently employed.
The program is entirely free for participants, but registration is done through an application process.

Supporting the Next Generation of Professional Women
Potenti’ELLE is a cohort program designed for young women entering the workforce.
Through workshops, mentorship, and the annual Conferenc’ELLES event (held in September), participants gain the skills, confidence, and connections needed to begin their professional journeys.
