Dress for Success Montreal, thanks to its partnership with RBC, is organizing its first employment summit for women aged 18 to 29. Financial and economic independence for women being one of our primary missions, it was important to allow them to meet and exchange with professionals in the market. This completely free event will be an opportunity for these women to build a network, develop new skills, and make the job market more accessible to them. 

The goal of this women-focused afternoon is to provide young women from Greater Montreal with the tools and advice, through various workshops, to bring their careers to the level they aspire to but also to leave with full confidence in their abilities and the opportunities available to them. All of this will be done in an atmosphere of sharing, sisterhood, fun, and joy!

To ensure the success of our event, we have chosen to call upon inspired and inspiring women who will represent a source of motivation for these young women starting their careers. This is an excellent opportunity for our speakers to create authentic connections and have a significant impact on the career development of these young women by sharing their knowledge, passion, expertise, and leadership. They will be our mentors for a day to participate in the transformation of today’s and tomorrow’s women, in their personal and professional development.
