A word about our speaker, Alexandra Katsiouleris:
Our speaker,Alexandra Katsiouleris is currently acting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Intelerad, a Software as a Service company which specializes in medical imaging software. She has been in the talent acquisition space for almost 4 years. Her journey,however, is not a typical one. After graduating from John Molson School of Business with a major in Finance, she worked as a Customer Service Representative for Bank of Montreal as her first job out of University. In 2019, she joined BDC and worked as a Sales Development Representative. Here, she developed skills that she still utilizes to this day which include effective ways of communication, sales methodologies and customer service. This helped her develop the core of what is “candidate experience”.
During the COVID Pandemic, she made a decision that changed the course of her life. She decided to transition her career from Sales and Finance to pursue a career in HR. Fast forward almost 4 years later, she has completed a 30 credit certificate in HR at HEC, obtained her CRHA/CHRP title and worked her way up in the field of Recruiting. Intelerad has equipped her with the experience to recruit in many different domains and act as an engaged business partner to her Hiring Managers. Helping her organization Build a Legacy and Win the Day is so much of what she does on a daily basis with her true focus always being around the candidates she interviews and providing them with a truly memorable interview and onboarding experience. The opportunity she was given is one she hopes to pay forward for every individual she meets!
