Women Who Inspire Award

Our Gala, La Soirée étincELLE, is our annual celebration of the light, strength, and resilience of women. The Women Who Inspire Award was created to honour women whose courage, authenticity, leadership, and impact inspire others and create positive change in their communities and beyond.

The award represents our belief that inspiration can take many forms. We celebrate women who lead with purpose, overcome adversity with grace, lift others as they rise, and use their experiences and voices to create meaningful change.

Sophie Grégoire Trudeau was the inaugural recipient of the Women Who Inspire Award in 2025, a fitting first honouree whose resilience, authenticity, compassion, and commitment to others embody the spirit of the award.

As we continue this tradition, the Women Who Inspire Award celebrates women who remind us of what is possible—and who, through their example, encourage others to dream, develop, move forward, and inspire the women who follow.

We are proud to announce the 2026 Women Who Inspire Award recipient, Tuti Do.

For more than two decades, Tuti has built a career creating meaningful connections that inspire people, strengthen brands, and bring communities together. As Founder and President of Rev Communications, she has led campaigns and produced more than 125 events for some of Canada’s most recognized brands, while dedicating countless hours to causes that uplift women and create lasting opportunities. As a passionate volunteer and creative partner of Dress for Success Montréal, Tuti embodies the belief that when women invest their talents in one another, entire communities move forward.

It is her generosity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to helping women thrive that make her the recipient of the Women Who Inspire Award.
