Amy Genova is a Senior National Trainer with TJX Canada. She’s been with the organization for 18 years and spent the last 12 years in Learning and Development. She is passionate about bringing leadership and professional development training to a wide range of audiences and is proud to be able to share the principles of Leadership Brand with you in this session.
The Managing Your Leadership Brand course will allow you to create a strong Leadership Brand, leverage it to innovate, take smart risks, add value, and drive bottom line results. This is a learning opportunity for everyone! Whether or not we lead others, every one of us is a leader in our own way. Our leadership brand is built on how we present ourselves and how we are perceived by others.

o Build and create a strong Leadership Brand using the framework of the 5 P’s of Leadership Brand®
o Create a Leadership Brand that is relevant and unique.
o Recognize how your marketplace responds to your Brand Persona.
o Identify your current level of skills and opportunities for development for your Brand Product.
o Manage your Brand Packaging through building a Brand that represents you.
o Identify how you can better promote yourself, through indirect and direct Brand Promotion.
o Determine how you will give yourself more Permission in your career.
NOTE: A Pre-work document will be circulated to all registered attendees one week prior to the event. Amy has recommended each participant complete the document ahead of the meeting as she will reference it throughout the session. This work will help participants create an action plan for enhancing their Brand.
